What do you get?
When you contract with us to provide support and/or development services using a Retainer, you have a guaranteed number of hours that we make available to you each month.
In addition, you get a lower rate for our service - for the retainer hours AND for all additional hours (for similar services).
Extra retainer hours remaining at the end of any month are rolled over to the next month. However, rolled-over hours are used AFTER the 'current' hours for any given month. If rolled-over hours are not used in that following month they are lost.
Retainer packages are billed near the middle of each month for services in the following month. Any adjustments in retainer packages (i.e. number of hours, termination of retainer, etc.) must be made prior to the 15th of the month preceeding the month when the change should take effect. If a retainer is not adjusted by the 15th of the month, you will be billed (and responsible for) the entire retainer fee per the billed amount.

Notes
The rates listed here are effective 2023-08-01 for all new clients and new projects. The rates go into effect for all existing clients on 2024-01-01.
Initial retainer packages are effective for 3 months. Between the 1-15 of the 3rd month the retainer can then be adjusted (or cancelled) for the following month. Retainers can then be adjusted (or cancelled) before the 15th of any month for the following month.
If services are terminated prior to the end of the 3rd initial month, the full 3-month retainer will still be due.
We only have a certain amount of retainer hours available each month. Once those are full we are not able to accest any additional retainer contracts. Due to this, if you reduce your retainer amount you may not be able to increase it in the future.
All hours beyond your retainer amount are made available to clients on a priority level basis (i.e. priorit level 1 gets first priority in scheduling any projects, priority level 2 next, etc.).
Retainer hours may be used for 'scheduled' or 'non-scheduled' work.

If there are any calculation errors in the above table, the proper DISCOUNT amount will be used as the final billing determinant.
All retainer fees require a recurring payment online. Retainer fees are automatically charged each month to your payment method.
