If you need remote assistance, here is what you need to do.
First time (only) set-up
1. Download the remote control software - SAVE it to some place on your computer (where you can find it)

2. Install the remote control software - Find the file you just downloaded and double click on it and it will install the program for you (follow the instructions on the screen).
3. Download the 'connection' software - SAVE it to your DESKTOP (you will need to be able to access this program in the future.

Do this each time you need to make a remote connection
NOTE: Before beginning this process, click HERE to create a ticket for assistance.
THEN call your support phone number to begin the remote assistance.
1. Double lick on the NSC.exe program that you downloaded to your desktop
2. Double click the nsc.exe icon
, then enter member name and passwd.
- Name & Password will be provided by ticket or phone.
3. Wait for the NSC icon to change to green -
(this could take 1-5 min. and you might have to try clicking on the icon again if you get an error)
4. Let the support person know that the icon is green.
