We have been working with some reports of problems with our ticket management system not sending out (or having problems with the sending) of ticket updates (i.e. when we update a ticket - you don't get an email notification of that update - it has NOT effected you sending in ticket updates via email).
We're continuing to work through this issue and once the issue is resolved you should get a notification (by email) that the notification process is working.
Until then, you may need to log-in directly to the ticket system (manage.paschencommunications.net) to review status of any tickets.
